By accessing or using the services provided by RHL Digital (Reflect His Light LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

RHL Digital provides AI-powered business services for small businesses, including:

• Aria — an AI voice receptionist that answers calls, captures leads, books appointments, and communicates in English and Spanish on behalf of your business
• Smart website design and development services
• Lead management tools, CRM setup, and automated follow-up systems
• Monthly leads reports and call summaries

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Plans include Starter Business ($199/mo + $750 one-time setup), Standard Growth ($349/mo + $1,200 one-time setup), and High Volume Pro ($599/mo + $2,000 one-time setup). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing clients.

RHL Digital may send SMS text messages to phone numbers you provide, subject to your consent. By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following:

• Message types include: lead alerts, appointment confirmations, service updates, and promotional messages
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
• After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message
• You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START or contacting us directly

Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

As a client of RHL Digital, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business for Aria's training and configuration
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, logos, or materials you provide to us
• Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including telemarketing and SMS regulations

Our services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable.

RHL Digital provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for high availability and quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RHL Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email or SMS at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
